LandscapingTexans.com is a directory and listing service for landscaping and related professionals. We help professionals showcase their business and help consumers discover and contact those professionals. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between users and professionals.

2. User Responsibilities

Service providers must submit accurate and truthful information. We may assist in formatting or editing profile content, but providers are responsible for final approval. We do not verify licenses, insurance, or credentials.

Users are responsible for their own hiring decisions. LandscapingTexans.com is not responsible for vetting professionals or managing service outcomes.

3. Messaging and Communication

We retain access to in-platform communications for quality assurance, system integrity, and enforcement of policies. We may review messages in cases of abuse, spam, or impersonation. We do not review discussions about quotes, job details, or payments. We do not mediate disputes or verify outcomes of services rendered.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Clients may leave reviews based on personal experience. You agree:

  • To submit honest, accurate feedback
  • Not to harass or extort professionals
  • That disputes over reviews are between the client and professional
  • LandscapingTexans may remove reviews that violate policy

Service providers may respond professionally. We do not endorse or moderate reviews or responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

LandscapingTexans is not liable for:

  • Platform usage or misuse
  • Actions of users or professionals
  • Service quality, timeliness, or payment issues
  • Disputes between users
  • Review or message content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. User Conduct

Users may not:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Impersonate others
  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Circumvent the platform’s communication or lead generation process

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove any account for violating these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved through individual binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted.
